I downloaded Paint.Net and I tried it out by drawing this. Either I've gotten better at digital drawing, or P.N's just a good program for drawing with a trackpad. haha xD
I've never really tried out using special effects before, I tried them for the background. ^^ Also, I colored kind of lazily, I'm supposed to be doing other stuff (haha, nothing super important though). But I did figure out an easier way to color, so yay!
